Models Now

1.  A booking confirmation (a form which we will send as confirmation of the booking, including details of the assignment and fees payable by you and the dates payment is required) must also be signed and returned to us prior to the assignment commencement and becomes a part of these terms and conditions
2. We may agree fees on either an hourly rate or daily. When we talk about fees on a daily rate we are talking between the hours of 9am untill 6pm and any work carried out by our model after this will be charged at overtime which we set at a standard of 1 and a half times the hourly rate. Our agreed fee will be on the booking confirmation. 
3. Any additional fees we may charge will be set out on the booking form e.g travelling costs for the model etc
4. The fee, in full, must be paid by the client within the time specified on the booking confirmation. Interest will be charged should we not recieve cleared payment by this time. Interest is charged at 3% above Base rate of Barclays at the time of offence.
5. Payment of the agreed fee entitles the client to use any photographic/image work created with the model throughout the shoot for the permitted work which is agreed with Models Now at the time of booking
6. Any use of materials and images produced beyond the permitted use agreed will result in further fees being requested and therefore payable by the client
7. Once an assignment is completed and the relevant fees paid should a client require a rebate/refund for any reason such claim should be with us within 24 hours in writing, fax or e-mail.
8. Should we not recieve signed terms and conditions and a signed booking confirmation within 24 hours of it being requested we will cancel the booking
9. Full fees are payable should the client cancel an assignment within 24hours. If you give us 24-48 hours notice half the fees are still payable.
10. Clients are obliged to provide reasonable refreshments and meals for models while at an assignment
11. Models that may be introduced to the client are not employed by 'Models Now' and although we try, to the best of our ability, to ensure models are appropriate for the assignment and attend punctually and  suitably we accept no responsibility and are not held liable for any failure or misconduct on the models part.
12. At no time is a client allowed, under any circumstances, to discuss assignment fees with the model supplied. Any client found flouting this rule will be struck off our lists and we will pursue the matter in full.
13. Any client poaching models will be struck off our lists and we will pursue compensation in full for loss of income
14. The pass usename and code you may be given must only be used by you and if shared you are held responsible for all uses of this passcode
